Challenge the ridiculous $120K+ per employee cost for Golden Hill. There is no way is that accurate.
A cursory view of the personnel listing shows the average salary to be closer to 30k - 35k + benefits, even if you double, that woudl be 60k - 70k.
How did he arrive at that unbelievable number?
