Anonymous said...: The bill goes down with every departure. A higher level of resident has a higher level kid to educate. These kids require only a fraction of the cost to educate. Most of these school budgets are being sucked dry by special needs children that the poor drug and alcohol using cretins (Republicans) are producing without conscience or restraint.
