Why am I not surprised? One has to just look at the legal notices in the local papers and realize that we are in dire financial straits. With school taxes being of the greater amount of the tax bill taxpayers are having to make decisions. Should I pay utilities, eat, pay mortgage or pay school tax? Obviously, they made their decision.
