The difference between governmental entities and non-profit organization is municipalities have virtual unlimited resources to draw on...that's taxation. Non-profits, on the other hand, rely on private donations and limited revenue to stay afloat.

Aren't audits supposed to be critical? Wouldn't it be worthless without being critical? What kind of person (besides Carnright, the crony) would fault an audit for being exactly what an audit should be? Why is this even in the position of being defended? I think we need to look very critically at those who would find fault with these audits. Facts are what they are and they shouldn't be smoothed over for some nefarious political motive.
